Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis – Myths About Rapid Weight Loss and Fast Dieting

There are several things sabotaging people from proper, rapid weight reduction. Not only do people have their own heads and anxiety to get in the way (which is the reason why I use hypnosis, NLP, and EFT to assist) but there are misconceptions out there that make people think incorrectly about rapid, safe dieting. Just how many times seen, “Losing more than one to two pounds a week is unsafe. ” Or perhaps “You must not skip breakfast time! That messes up your metabolism! ” or “Look how those French people eat! That plate is tiny! That’ cannot be enough! ” “Medicines and supplements can enhance your weight loss! ” These are several of the myths people tell me and my patients when they start on the rapid weight loss plans I place them on for fast, healthy weight release.

Very well, as a physician, I actually too have heard these things from nutritionists, dietitians, and other doctors and expert colleagues who still work under a vintage paradigm of what’s right and wrong in dieting. Now i’m here to share a fresh paradigm to bust these myths to enable you to lose weight safely and rapidly just as the body has recently been designed to do. 

Because a physician who has successfully helped 50 patients lose a total of 2000 pounds, or an average of 40 pounds each, in a 5 month period, I can tell you these misconceptions only get in the way of healthy and safe rapid weight damage. And NO! These patients would not have intestinal, digestive, gastrointestinal bypasses or lap groups! They used their bodies’ natural weight loss strategies to succeed.

Let’s converse body basics. We ingest to stay alive. Once we eat extra it becomes fat. Once we may eat enough to maintain ourselves, the fat is burned off to use up what we’ve stored. It’s that simple. Almost all mammals have this capability. Fat allows our body to have sugar and nutrients to stay in and disappears when we you do not have enough going in our mouths.

1 ) “Losing more than 1-2 pounds a week is hazardous. ”

Why do some of us do that for them but not more healthy patients? I have made no distinction and the results have been great.
